Reimbursable Expenses
- Only expenses that are directly related to the services or business purposes agreed upon in the contract between the Client and Zynoplus will be eligible for reimbursement which requires the clients to pay at least 80% of the total fees.
- Eligible expenses may include travel expenses, accommodation, meals, and other pre-approved expenses necessary for the fulfillment of the agreed-upon services and payment must be made before the commencement of the project.
Cancellation and Termination of Contract:
- In the event the Client wishes to cancel this contract, the Client shall provide the Company with written notice of cancellation.
- The Client shall be responsible for any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
Your Suggestions
- Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Zynoplus with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Zynoplus.
- Zynoplus shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.
Payment Methods:
- By using our online payment service gateway which is Paystack, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your purchases or payments, including applicable fees and taxes.
- We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information and ensure the safety of our online payment service. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- We strive to process payments promptly, but we do not guarantee real-time processing. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues or banking processing times.
- You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with using our online payment service gateway, which will be disclosed before you complete any transaction.
Security of Debit Card:
- Keep your Personal Identification Number (PIN) confidential and do not disclose it to anyone. Memorize your PIN and do not write it down or share it via email or phone. Zynoplus will not be held responsible for any fraudulent act that occurs during the payment process.
- Safeguard your debit card and do not leave it unattended. Report lost or stolen cards immediately to our contact us service or to your Bank.
- We employ fraud detection measures to monitor transactions for suspicious activities. If we identify any potentially fraudulent transactions, we may contact you for verification.
Assumption of Risk:
- Clients understand and acknowledge that engaging in construction activities or transactions may involve inherent risks of damage to property, personal injury, or financial loss.
- Clients voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Zynoplus shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the inherent risks associated with the activities or transactions.
Client's Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for taking all necessary precautions and safeguards to protect their property and themselves during the course of any activity or construction with Zynoplus
- Clients shall comply with all safety guidelines, instructions, and recommendations provided by Zynoplus to minimize the risk of damage.
Confidentiality to right of use
All design and step-by-step project work done by Zyno-plus can be used on “our” website www.zynoplu.com or to run adverts, campaigns, Google Adwords or to illustrate our creativity skills for portfolio and marketing purposes on any of our social media platforms. Zynoplus has the right to use with or without your consent. This agreement may not be assigned by either party without the consent of the other.
Upon termination, all designs, documents, and plans that were presented to the client and are still in the client’s custody shall be retrieved from the client, and the client has no right to make use of the design now or later in the future or given to a third party, if found shall be penalized for it.
